NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care
This course is aimed at those considering a career in care or those employed within the industry who want to improve their knowledge and skills.
The qualification will enable the employee to gain a basic understanding of the care sector as well as more specific optional units for study including dementia and learning disabilities.
We offer this training programme at two different levels depending on the candidate:
Level 2:
This course covers the basics of the care sector for those wishing the move into the industry or for current employees hoping to improve their skills.
Level 3:
This more advanced qualification is aimed at those employees working at a level which requires responsibility. More advanced than the Level 2, it covers similar key areas but offers a wider range of optional units to candidates.
The qualifications are assessed in the workplace by trained assessors who will provide guidance on completing a portfolio.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Services
This qualification is designed for staff working in an adult care setting at management level who are looking to further develop their skills and knowledge. The programme covers communication, health and safety awareness as well as a number of optional units.
We also offer 1/2 or 1 day CPD Caring Services workshops for your staff and Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care
