ILM Certificate in Team Leading
This training programme is aimed at those with some team leading experience who are looking to further develop their skills and knowledge in a flexible and practical way. The Certificate covers units including essential team leading skills as well as personal development and motivation.
There are opportunities for progression to an NQV Level 3 in Management and the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Management.
NVQ in Management
This qualification is offered at Level 3 and is designed for first line managers who have supervisory responsibility.
Giving managers the opportunity to develop their performance, this programme allows candidates to become more effective within their job roles and allows for career progression. Topics covered include providing leadership, monitoring progress and health and safety. Candidates will be assessed in the workplace and will submit a portfolio of evidence, guided by their assessor.
There are opportunities for progression to a number of ILM Level 3 and 4 programmes.
