Customer Service NVQ

This Customer Services training is offered at Level 3 and is aimed at employees who will be delivering and managing service.
It is aimed primarily towards staff who are accountable in their area of practice. Employees will be working without direct supervision or on their own, for example in a commercial customer service environment. Topics covered include handling problems and development and improvement.
This qualification is assessed in the workplace by one of our assessors who will help to guide the candidates through producing a portfolio.
