We can improve your general written business communication skills and support you in your current job role. You can practise different ways of planning your writing; know how to write letters, emails and reports properly; know how and when to skim, scan and read in detail; be able to identify different types of texts and their purposes; and improve the accuracy of your grammar, punctuation and spelling.
ALL learners will have the chance to work towards free National Certificates in Adult Literacy from Entry Level to Level 2. Level 2 is the adult equivalent to an English GCSE at Grades A to C, but much quicker to obtain.
