Once your training programme is under-way we will provide you with ongoing evaluation to help measure its success.
Our Leadership and Management Executives will use the initial objectives set out in the proposal put together between you and them and use various measures to provide you with personalised feedback.
We will look at the behaviours identified in your objectives and examine the distance travelled in each of these areas by participants to judge the effectiveness of the programme.
