BA Honours Degree in Leadership & Management
Loughborough College is situated in Central England, where it shares a large campus with Loughborough University. Established in 1909 and Leading in all areas of Leadership & Management, Power Engineering as well as our world renowned Sport, Health and Nutrition solutions.
Within our Leadership & Management portfolio, we are now delivering a 12 month BA (Hons) Degree, in partnership with Nottingham Trent University in Leadership and Management using a blended learning approach to allow delegates to develop at a pace that is suitable to them. The degree is made up of 6 modules forming a 7 day programme and including on-line distance learning materials. Delegates on this programme will have a work based mentor and a named progress tutor to give advice and guidance throughout the duration of the programme of study. Entry to the programme is via demonstrable track record as a practicing manager or an existing degree or foundation degree.
Our June 2012 cohort starts on Monday June 25th 2012 with an Induction session. The total cost of this executive programme is £4800 per delegate and includes a buffet lunch at each session.

In this module delegates identify their objectives for learning, reflect on their personal development and develop a range of business research and study skills |
| Module 2 Leading People October |
Delegates will explore management and leadership theory and its practical application. They will also examine how motivation can affect best working practice and lead to delivery of exceptional performance |
| Module 3 Leading Projects November |
Delegates will learn how to lead and manage projects in business change that relate to their industry |
| Module 4 Marketing Management January |
This module will provide the delegate with the fundamentals of marketing theory and practical experience relating to a customer focused environment |
| Module 5 Customer Service and Value Creation March |
Focusing on the customer relationship with an emphasis on customer service strategies |
| Module 6 Business Planning April |
An opportunity for delegates to examine the business environment and convert the organisation's strategy into a dynamic business plan |
