Managing and Leading Change

A Master of Change
Chameleon Furcifer Pardalis

This high impact workshop gives you the skills to positively manage yourself and lead others through change.

Employees often have change thrust upon them without much prior notice. Many are tired of incessant organisation ‘restructures’ and initiatives and have had their enthusiasm eroded.

This session looks at the inevitability of change (ie, it isn’t suddenly going to go away) and the kind of thinking and leadership skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing business world. It’s important that leaders are able to change and help others adjust to change with them.

Key themes

  • The paradox of constant change
  • Drivers and resistors (PESTEL)
  • The power of a positive outlook
  • Leadership styles that facilitate change
  • Leadership styles that stifle change
  • ‘Changing Rooms’
Those taking part in this workshop will
  • Learn about modern concepts of change
  • Be able to identify drivers and resistors
  • Will be able to maximise the drivers and minimise the resisting factors
  • Move their mentality toward being change agents rather than ‘victims’
  • Understand the need for change
  • Have the skills and confidence to manage change assertively

All our high impact sessions can be tailored to your specific needs.
