The Team Leading and Management Apprenticeship offers the chance to learn and understand the advanced theories of management. It allows the employee to apply what they have learnt practically to their working lives. We are able to tailor the programme to fit in with your organisational needs.
We offer this Apprenticeship at two levels:
Intermediate - Level 2
This programme offers an NVQ in Team Leading and Technical Certificate at Level 2 along with literacy and numeracy skills.
Advanced - Level 3
This advanced programme offers the NVQ and Technical Certificate at Level 3 as well as literacy and numeracy skills.
The Team Leading and Management Apprenticeships offer the opportunity for progression to various ILM qualifications.
