Health & Social Care Apprenticeships
The Health and Social Care Apprenticeship allows the opportunity to develop and increase your workforce. It gives your employee's the appropriate understanding of the skills required to work in this rewarding sector.
A wide range of job roles within the health care and social workplaces are covered by this programme, including positions in the NHS and armed forces.
This Apprenticeship is offered at two levels.
Intermediate - Level 2
This programme is flexible depending on the needs of your business and can include basic literacy and numeracy skills alongside the core Diploma in Health and Social Care as well as the Certificate in Working in the Health Sector. This Apprenticeship is appropriate for job roles including care worker, day care assistant and support services.
Advanced - Level 3
This Apprenticeship includes the above modules but at a higher level and also allows for the inclusion of literacy and numeracy skills where required. Candidates on this employee training in health and social care would be expected to be in a position that required more responsibility at work.
